We're looking for a star Commercial Account Manager to join our team in Dubai.

About the role
The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for generating revenue from existing customers.
You will own and manage a portfolio of paying accounts and focus on leveraging their initial success to generate broader expansion opportunities.
You will:
● Be the customer advocate, driving value for all users
● Nurture relationships with customers through face-to-face meetings
● Drive adoption through periodic training for customer’s end users
● Generate revenue by selling additional licenses and upgrading existing subscription plans
● Manage contract renewals
● Address customer issues
As part of your role, you will develop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s value proposition and also be an expert on the monday.com platform, with a deep understanding of capabilities and value.
You will partner with our Account Executives, our Customer Success Managers, and our colleagues at monday.com to ensure successful account management and surface customer inputs back.
Your primary KPI will be added ARR and Net Dollar Retention (NDR), which represents the growing value of your account portfolio.

Your experience & skills
This position requires daily face-to-face meetings with customers. You must have a car and driving license.
● B2B SaaS account management or customer success experience within Enterprise organizations in the GCC
● Strong customer-facing and presentation skills
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy
● You must be based in Dubai, UAE
