Requirement:

The KYC Outreach Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the bank's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures are adhered to by engaging with clients to collect, verify, and update necessary documentation. This role is crucial in maintaining the bank's compliance with regulatory requirements and mitigating risks associated with financial crimes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Proactively reach out to customers to gather required KYC documentation and information.
• Documentation Review: Verify the accuracy and completeness of custohe mer-provided documents and information.
• Compliance: Ensure all KYC activities comply with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Data Management: Maintain and update client records in the bank's KYC database.
• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for customers regarding KYC-related inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on KYC activities and progress to the KYC Manager.
• Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as Compliance, Risk, and Operations, to ensure seamless KYC processes.
• Training: Stay updated on the latest KYC regulations and best practices, and participate in relevant training sessions.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in KYC, AML compliance, sanctions, or a related area within the financial services industry.
• Familiarity with UAE AML regulations, sanctions lists, and financial crime prevention practices.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
