Requirement:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Consultant to lead and execute comprehensive financial projects, including process definition, taxonomy development, and policy creation. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in end-to-end finance processes, demonstrate an ability to define and optimize financial workflows, and effectively engage with clients through workshops and consultations

Responsibilities:

1. Financial Expertise

• Oversee and manage end-to-end financial processes, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations, standards, and reporting requirements.
• Provide strategic insights to enhance financial operations and decision-making.

2. Process Definition and Optimization

• Define and structure finance process taxonomies aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop, document, and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Map out current and future financial processes to identify and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Ensure consistency in financial process documentation across departments.

3. Client Engagement

• Lead workshops to gather client requirements, understand existing processes, and present recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with client teams, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive consensus on financial processes and policies.

4. Project Management

• Manage multiple financial projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with quality standards.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather inputs and execute deliverables.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to summarize findings, recommendations, and implementation strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, or CMA are highly desirable.

Experience

• Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in financial consulting, auditing, or a similar field.
• Proven experience in defining and optimizing financial processes and taxonomies.
• Familiarity with conducting workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Skills & Competencies

• Deep understanding of end-to-end financial processes and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in financial software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, Excel, Power BI).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects effectively.
