1. JOB DETAILS Position Title HR System Consultant Reports to Head-Total Rewards & HR SystemsBusiness Unit Corporate Office Department Human CapitalSub Department HR Services Cost Center H201-1010 Evaluated Grade 8 months contract Prepared / Revised on Aug 2024 2. JOB PURPOSEThe HR System Consultant will be responsible to co-lead the Human Capital (HC) Digital Strategy in close consultation with the Head and IT Project team. Responsible for translating HC system requirements to the implementation partners and the internal IT team to implement and manage best HC processes and solutions using Success factors, SAP Payroll and other HC systems. 3. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESOperational: ? Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organizations internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, network support, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to HR applications, systems, and modules. ? Represent HC on ongoing management and testing of any new feature implementation on Success factors, SAP payroll and other HC systems (SAP and Non-SAP Solutions). ? Support in project planning, requirements specification in liaison with key stakeholders/subject matter experts and testing, in coordination with Internal IT team; ? Monitors and supports ongoing maintenance of Success factors, SAP payroll and all other HC systems from the functional point of view. ? Continually monitoring information needs and liaison between HC team and internal IT team in the design of new functionality, enhancements and/or the modification of HC systems to meet changing business requirements. ? Keeps updated on any latest trends and changes on SAP systems and liaises with internal IT team on integration. ? Recommends, tests, trains, documents, implements and plans for all improvements, enhancements, and new application various HC systems, while promoting standardization and best practices across business. ? Delivering end user training for all levels of users.? Provide relevant information through the training and support of HC users in the development of complex ad hoc reporting and other analytical activities. ? Perform internal and external system audits to ensure data integrity and efficient processing of HC data.? Develop business rules to clean and validate data to maintain ongoing data integrity. ? Manage data loads requests by performing data scrubbing before data loads and data validation after its completion. ? Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed ? Any other duties and responsibilities as directed by Line Manager Project Management:? Work with key stakeholders to define scope, timescales, quality and approach to change and engagement? Produce appropriate documentation (SOW) to support the creation of the business case which identifies, and addresses known time, cost, resource, or process constraints. Also, responsible to run functional and technical feasibility study while assessing new systems or implementing changes to existing systems. ? Lead projects/workstreams through the relevant approval processes with the support of the project sponsor ? Take responsibility for delivery of projects/workstreams within the agreed time, cost and quality constraints to enable the delivery of agreed benefits? Manage shared resources within the project team, including third party resource and suppliers? Identify, evaluate, and manage risks, issues, dependencies, and scope changes associated with the project. ? Manage handover to BAU functions in accordance with agreed change and release management processes? Deliver documentation to enable support and operation of the completed systems, obtain stakeholder sign off including support, user, business continuity and risk management ? Create project closure reports capturing and sharing lessons learned and follow-on actions Stakeholder Management: ? Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions. ? Work closely with Champions on regular management and liaise with them for the implementation and training of new features/updates.4. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE Qualifications: Essential ? Bachelor Degree or equivalent in HRM Preference ? SAP Certification in Success Factors and S4HANA HR ? PMP certifiedPrevious Experience: Essential ? 5-8 years job related experience in ERP systems ? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in SAP Success Factors (Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding & Offboarding, andS4HANA Payroll ? Experience in managing other HR tools such as Biometric applications, and Performance Management System ? Experience conducting end user training5.
