Job type: 12 months contract & Extendable
Work Location:Oman , Muscat
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 45 days’ notice preferred
Salary & Benefits: (Negotiable based on the expertise)
Qualifications:
● 5+ Years of proven track record.
● Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
● Experience working with Gov Tech stack layers, their components and providing recommendations such as identity and digital trust, data registries, consent and interoperability, payments, e-marketplaces and others
●Deep understanding of global best practices/ benchmarks across the Gov Tech stack layers
●Capabilities to drive key enablers across Gov Tech stack such as implementation roadmap, initiative alignment/ adoption, monitoring and evaluation frameworks/ governance and establishment of capability plan for adoption of Gov Tech stack
●Experience with development of implementation guidelines and policies for Gov Tech stack layers and initiatives
