Technology & Skills Required
- Minimum 5–7 years of experience in IT service delivery, business process management, or project management
- Proven experience in managing demand intake processes, preferably within a large enterprise or IT organization
- Familiarity with SAP-based systems or similar ERP platforms is mandatory
