We are currently hiring for Executive Secretary to join one of our major clients based out of KSA.
Job Details:
Role: Executive Secretary
Employment Type: 12 months & extendable contract
Work Location: Al Khobar, KSA
Notice Period: 30 days or less
Job Responsibilities:
- Executive Support – Manage calendars, meetings, travel, and confidential communication for senior leaders.
- Legal & Compliance Assistance – Draft/review contracts, NDAs, maintain corporate records, and support governance compliance.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Liaise with internal teams, external counsel, regulators, and auditors on legal matters.
- Documentation & Administration – Organize legal files, manage contract workflows, and track renewals and obligations.
- Skills & Experience – Strong organizational skills, knowledge of corporate legal processes, proficiency in MS Office/contract tools, and prior EA/legal support experience.
