Job Role: Change Management Consultant
Job type: 12 months Contract
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in Change Management .
- Strong experience in applying change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) within large-scale transformation programs.
- Ability to influence and engage senior executives and stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to drive alignment and commitment.
- Strategic thinking with a focus on measurable business outcomes
- Must be arabic Speaker .
