Product Manager

We are hiring for Product Manager to join one of our major clients based out of UAE.

Work Location- Dubai, UAE

Employment type- Contract- 12 months & extendable

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the product growth strategy and roadmap of features and use cases, working with Sales, Marketing, and key stakeholders to plan and prioritize deliverables and release plans.
• Manage ongoing relationships with partners to maximize mutual value and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and execute comprehensive GTM plans for the products. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform GTM decisions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product marketing initiatives.
• Present product strategies and results to senior management and other key stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional teams with respect to requirements interpretation, implementation, product decisions, specification reviews, customer satisfaction issues, and scheduling.
• Responsibilities will span driving the sales process from internal leads as well as qualifying new prospects partnerships to enhance portfolio.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing) to ensure successful product launches.
• Manage the gross profit of the product by developing and implementing effective pricing strategies.
• Monitor product profitability and recommend adjustments to pricing models as needed to optimize financial outcomes.
• Conduct regular financial analysis to ensure product revenue and margin targets are achieved.

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the SaaS industry.
• Experience in SaaS/CPaaS/CRM/CCaaS/ BPO services along with conversation via various digital channels and omni channels
• Demonstrated success in partnership development, Product Owner, GTM strategy execution, and financial management.
