Job Title: Project Manager – AI & DevOps
Employment Type: 1 year Contract (possibility of extension)

Required Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in DevOps / Infrastructure / Software Engineering, including project leadership
- Proven track record delivering complex technical projects in banking, finance, or enterprise settings
- Lead the delivery of DevOps and AI-related projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
- Manage a team of 10+ technical professionals liked engineers and developers, fostering collaboration across DevOps, data, and AI domains
- Act as the bridge between technology teams and business stakeholders, ensuring project goals align with business priorities
- Drive automation, continuous integration, and deployment pipelines across enterprise applications
- Identify project risks, create mitigation plans, and provide clear updates to leadership and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and infrastructure standards within the banking environment
- Strong understanding of DevOps tools, pipelines, CI/CD, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exposure to AI/ML project environments is highly preferred
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus
