Job Description
Role: IT Specialist – FAN ID
Contract: 12 months & Extendable
Work Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Start Date: Ideally 30 Days

Technologies and Skills Required:
- Oversee the FAN ID system’s setup, configuration, and operation during events.
- Ensure accurate and secure collection, storage, and retrieval of FAN ID data in compliance with data protection regulations.
- Provide real-time IT support during events to address and resolve issues promptly.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and authorities to ensure smooth operation of the FAN ID system.
- Ensure the FAN ID system integrates seamlessly with other event management platforms (e.g., ticketing, access control).
- Identify potential IT risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
- Generate periodic reports on system performance, user metrics, and incident resolutions.
