Below is the Job description for FAN ID:

  • System Management: Oversee the FAN ID system’s setup, configuration, and operation during events.
  • Data Handling: Ensure accurate and secure collection, storage, and retrieval of FAN ID data in compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Technical Support: Provide real-time IT support during events to address and resolve issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and authorities to ensure smooth operation of the FAN ID system.
  • Integration: Ensure the FAN ID system integrates seamlessly with other event management platforms (e.g., ticketing, access control).
  • Risk Management: Identify potential IT risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Reporting: Generate periodic reports on system performance, user metrics, and incident resolutions.
