Quantity Surveyors

**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyors **About the Role:** We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our project team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in cost management and contract administration for large-scale construction projects. You will be responsible for preparing cost estimates, managing budgets, administering contracts, and ensuring effective cost control throughout project lifecycles. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare detailed bills of quantities and cost estimates for tenders - Develop and manage project budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections - Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC and local regulations - Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate commercial terms - Assess and certify contractor payment applications and variations - Conduct value engineering exercises to optimize costs - Monitor project costs and produce regular cost reports - Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, and project teams - Prepare final accounts and close-out cost reports - Identify and mitigate financial risks throughout the project **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline - 5–8 years of proven quantity surveying experience on large-scale construction projects - Proficiency in cost estimating software (e.g., CostX, Bluebeam) and MS Office - Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Saudi building regulations - Excellent analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills - Effective negotiation and communication skills - Ability to prepare accurate budgets, forecasts, and cost reports - Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus **Preferred Qualifications:** - Professional membership or certification (e.g., RICS, CIOB) - Experience with ERP or project management systems - PMP or similar project management certification - Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills - Experience in infrastructure or high-rise developments - Demonstrated leadership or team-management experience
