Role 1 – Data Analyst (3-5 years)
Role 2- Senior Data Analyst (5-9 years)
Job description:
- Data Analytics Experience, preferably with Revenue Assurance experience.
- Experience working with large datasets and analytical experience in programming languages like SQL and visualization tools like PowerBI
Role 3 - Program Manager (10- 12 years)
Job description:
- Extensive experience in Revenue Assurance (RA) operations across industries like telecom and utilities (preferred).
- Understanding of key processes relevant to revenue assurance within utilities like connection management, service provisioning, billing, customer management, finance and accounting etc.
- Proven ability to lead RA operations teams.
- Familiarity with leading RA tools and working with large datasets.
- Experience conducting risk and control assessments, maturity assessments, and improving operational effectiveness of RA functions.
- Experience in Business Process Improvement throughout the Order to Cash lifecycle and working with cross functional teams to recommend and implement process changes
