Role: Senior Technical Writer

Job type: 12 months contract & Extendable

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in technical writing, copywriting, translation, and localization, preferably in the IT industry.
• Proven track record in leading technical writing teams and managing documentation projects across multiple industries (e-learning, telecom, banking, postal, government digital transformation).
• Hands-on experience with tools such as SharePoint, Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Robohelp, Adobe Captivate, MS Visio, and MS Word (Style Sheets).
• Strong background in proposal writing and management, particularly for international IT system integrators.
• Expertise in producing content for enterprise solutions, ERP systems, sales force automation, and business process automation.
• Excellent language proficiency: Arabic (native), English (fluent), French (fluent
