Job Role: Sr. Manager Process & OSS

Job type:  12 Months extendbale 

Work Location: Dubai , United Arab of Emirates 

Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Qualifications:•  Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (minimum 10 years of experience in the OSS domain is required).
•Proven experience in leading and managing an OSS team.
•Strong technical skills in programming languages such as Java, Python, C#, or others commonly used in software development.
•Expertise in database design, SQL, and database management systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
•In-depth understanding of telecommunications concepts, including voice and data services, routing, and network protocols.
•A demonstrated track record of developing and managing budgets for OSS projects and operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
