Job description:
- Support in the development & implementation of a Project Management Structure: Support the design and implementation of a comprehensive project management framework aligned with company objectives
- Project Planning and Scope Management: Prepare comprehensive Bill of Materials (BoM)/Project Budgets aligned with project requirements
- Project Execution and Monitoring: Oversee the execution of projects, ensuring alignment with predefined scope, budget, and timelines.
- Reporting and Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including records of decisions, changes, and lessons learned.
- KPI Management: Define, monitor, and analyse team and project KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with external vendors and partners to align deliverables with project goals.
- Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and implementing best practices
