We are hiring for Senior Technical Recruiter to join one of our major clients based out of KSA.

Job Details:

Role- Senior Technical Recruiter

Work Location- Remote

Contract- 6 months & extendable

Job responsibilities:

• Sourcing: Finding candidates on platforms like LinkedIn, SuccessFactors, etc.
• Screening: Reviewing technical resumes and conducting initial HR interviews
• Collaboration: Working with Digital & Cyber hiring managers to define needs and technical requirements of role, and review shortlisted candidates.
• Strategy: Building talent pipelines and enhancing pipeline
• Process Management: Guiding candidates from application to offer within SuccessFactors

Experience-

• 5+ years’ proven experience in technical hiring
• Prior experience in hiring candidates for Cybersecurity & Digital roles
