We are hiring for Quality Assurance Manager to join one of our major clients based out of KSA
Role- Quality Assurance Manager
Work Location- Riyadh, KSA
Contract- 12 months & extendable
Job responsibilities-
- Manage and maintain QA workflows in JIRA, ensuring accurate tracking of test cases, defects, and quality tasks.
- Coordinate QA activities and support automated testing efforts by ensuring correct test documentation and execution tracking.
- Prepare and present quality reports/dashboards, including defect trends, test coverage, and release readiness.
- Monitor and drive closure of QA tasks, ensuring timelines and priorities are adhered to.
- Support continuous improvement of QA processes, including enhancement of JIRA workflows, templates, and reporting structures.
Technical Skills-
- 5+ years of experience in QA / Testing / Quality Reporting roles.
- Strong hands-on experience with JIRA, including workflows, boards, dashboards, filters, and reporting.
- Good understanding of testing lifecycle (test planning, execution tracking, defect management).
- Exposure to automation testing frameworks (as most testing is automated)
