**Job Title:** HR Generalist
**About the Role:**
We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist based in Dubai to manage end-to-end HR activities for our diverse workforce. The successful candidate will support recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination, employee relations and performance management, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies. You will act as a strategic partner to stakeholders, leveraging HRMS tools to drive efficiency and deliver an exceptional employee experience.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening and interview coordination
- Oversee employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure a smooth integration of new hires
- Coordinate payroll activities and liaise with finance to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
- Administer HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HRMS updates and reporting
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, investigate concerns and mediate conflicts in compliance with UAE labor laws
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews and development plans
- Develop, implement and communicate HR policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance and consistency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address HR needs and deliver proactive solutions
- Generate HR reports and analytics using HRMS tools to inform decision-making
**Required Qualifications:**
- 3-8 years of progressive HR Generalist experience in a medium to large organization
- Proven expertise in recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, payroll coordination and employee relations
- Hands-on experience with performance management processes and HR policy administration
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in HRMS tools (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or Workday)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
- HR certification such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP or CIPD
- Prior experience working in the UAE or GCC region
- Experience in a multicultural, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with HR analytics and process improvement methodologies
