Start Date: Immediate to 30 days
Technology & Skills Required
- 5+ years of experience at a relevant Technical position in large organizations
- Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
- Should be able to manage SharePoint sites and resolve user issues
- Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance, Application performance tuning and optimization, Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
- Very good hands-on knowledge on SharePoint administration.
- Good knowledge in web technologies viz C#.Net, JavaScript
