Oracle FAH - 6 months

Dear Deepak,

Below are the JD details, will update in case of any changes. However, as discussed, we are planning to hire this resource hence do propose both the options i.e. subcontracting arrangement and facilitating hiring.

1. Tentative Budget : 18000-25000 SAR per month (range for SC or AM level as per Protiviti)
2. Location: Onsite - Full time, Riyadh KSA
3. Language preference: Bilingual preferred if technical skills are met; otherwise English is sufficient
4. Education: CA or a Finance-related postgraduate/graduate degree
5. Experience: 5-9 years
6. Technical Skill Sets:
   1. Proven track record with 2-3 Oracle EBS implementations and/or 1-2 Oracle Fusion implementations.
   2. Deep expertise and hands-on experience in Financial Accounting Hub (FAH) for EBS and/or Oracle Accounting Hub (OAH) for Fusion
   3. Comprehensive understanding and hands-on experience in all Oracle Financial modules, including AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax and GL.
   4. Ability to independently develop comprehensive project documentation, such as solution designs, training manuals, Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), and configuration manuals.
   5. Demonstrated success in client-facing roles, leading and executing key project phases like requirements gathering, CRPs (Conference Room Pilots), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), training sessions, Go-Live and post Go-Live support.
7. Soft Skill sets:
   1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
   2. Executes key project phases, including requirements gathering, Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training sessions.
   3. Manages workload independently with minimal supervision.
   4. Demonstrates adaptability when working on projects with tight deadlines, changing requirements and delivering results in fast-paced, high-pressure project phases.
