About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Team Lead to join our growing HR function in Dubai. In this role, you will oversee and enhance our end-to-end staffing processes, leverage automation tools to drive efficiency, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization. You will mentor a high-performing recruitment team, ensuring we attract top talent to support our business objectives.
Responsibilities:
Lead and coach a team of recruitment specialists to achieve hiring targets and service levels
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding
Identify and implement automation solutions to streamline recruitment workflows and reporting
Collaborate with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies
Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs, prepare regular reports, and recommend process improvements
Ensure adherence to Dubai labour regulations and internal HR policies
Foster a positive candidate and stakeholder experience throughout the recruitment process
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
Demonstrated expertise in staffing non-technical roles within a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with recruitment automation tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience liaising at all organizational levels
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to analyze recruitment data and translate insights into actionable improvements
Eligibility to work in the UAE
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading recruitment teams in the Dubai or broader GCC market
Hands-on experience integrating AI or advanced automation technologies into HR processes
Certification in HR or talent acquisition (e.g., CIPD, SHRM-CP)
Familiarity with UAE labour law and compliance requirements
Prior experience with HRIS implementation or optimisation
