Role: Application Support
Job type: 1 Year and extendable contract
Work Location: Dubai
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
• 1 - 3 years of experience in Application management with up-to-date technologies, including exposure to enterprise databases, designs, and implementation.
• Experience handling technical support cases (preferably in a large or multinational enterprise).
• Experience with backend databases, in particular MS SQL Server, including development using SQL Server Objects, Transact-SQL, SSIS and SSRS.
• Proven experience in supporting IT infrastructure components including computers, Windows systems, audio and visual communication software and hardware, infrastructure-related
• monitoring software and network services.
• Experience in the following is a plus:
• Mobile Development, Hybrid and Native Apps.
• Web server technologies including IIS.
• Crystal reports.
• OLAP and BI tools.
