Role: Digital Transformation Consultant/Senior Consultant/Manager

Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Start Date: Immediate to 30 Day

Requirement:

• Evaluate clients’ technology systems, processes, and strategies to identify areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies and programs that align with clients’ business objectives.
• Digital transformation projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital transformation initiatives.
• Perform digital maturity assessments to benchmark clients’ digital capabilities.
• Advise clients on the adoption of new technologies, such as cloud computing, data analytics, and AI.
• Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth integration of new technologies.
• Provide training and support to clients’ employees to adapt to new digital tools.
• Implement best practices in digital transformation to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Implement agile transformation programs and provide coaching and training to the client’s teams
• Create operating models for the digital teams and organizations
• Create governance models for digital and non-digital projects

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3 - 8+ years of experience in consulting, with a focus on digital transformation.
• Experience in running VROs, PMOs and was part of implementing few projects in the public sector in KSA
• Proven track record of managing and delivering digital transformation projects.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• In-depth knowledge of digital technologies and trends.
• Experience with benchmarking and digital maturity assessments.
• Knowledge of best practices in digital transformation
• Scrum master and/or SAFe Agilest certification/ TOGAF certificate
