Technologies and Skills Required: 

• 10+ years of experience in project management, change management, or consultancy roles with a focus on delivering outcomes through transformation initiatives in a corporate, IT, or global business services environment.
• Transition and Transformation Manager is responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of business-critical transitions and transformations.
• This role focuses on executing projects that drive measurable outcomes, working closely with internal teams and stakeholders to manage change, and implement new business structures, processes, and service / operating models.
• The individual combines project management and change management skills to ensure that organizational transitions meet defined objectives and deliver tangible value.
