Role: Core Finacle Application Support Specialist

Employment Type: 1 year & extendable contract

Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a max of 30 days of notice

Required Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience at a relevant technical position in large organizations.
• Exposure to banking domain
• Experience in Application production support within the ITIL Framework.
• Excellent knowledge and hands on experience in Application trouble shooting, configuration and maintenance.
• Application performance tuning and optimization
• Resolution of tickets with quality and within SLA
• Proactive monitoring and incidents analysis
• Experience in Workflow maintenance and Configuration.
• Functional knowledge on Finacle Application (version 10x or above)
• Hands on experience in Unix/Linux commands
• Very good knowledge in Oracle - SQL & PL/SQL
• Experience in handling interface related issues and good idea about the Middleware systems like TIBCO/Open API/ Micro Services.
• Any relevant certifications in Finacle would be an added advantage
