Job Details:
Role: Manager
Employment Type: 1 year & extendable contract
Work Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a max of 30 days of notice
Required Experience:
- Must have 10+ years of hands-on experience with at least 5 years in Consulting is a must
- Development of HR Policies & Procedures
- Workforce planning & performance management systems
- Provide KT around the new implemented process, develop new process and amend the existing processes.
- Making the client understand the importance of leveraging L&D
- Designing the operational HR model, structures, new job family frameworks
- Actively actioning on the client’s ad-hoc requests
