Job Details:
Role: IT Support Team lead
Job type: 12 Months extendbale
Work Location: Abu Dhabi , UAE
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Technologies and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT operations and support, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Extensive experience with ManageEngine software products, particularly ServiceDesk Plus and Desktop Central.
- Strong technical knowledge of IT service management processes, incident management, and service desk operations
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Solid understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
