Job Details:

Role: Cybersecurity Partner

Contract: PERM 

Work Location: Riyadh

Start Date: Immediate joiners to maximum 30 days’ notice preferred

Technologies and Skills Required:  

• Overall experience: Minimum:   10+ years in cybersecurity, 5+ years in managing teams, budgets, and clients, and a record of accomplishments and success across most of the following competencies 

•  Business: Cybersecurity Strategy, governance frameworks, risk management, integrated compliance frameworks, comprehensive GRC programs, and others 

• Management: Capacity, Performance, Quality, Resource Management • Understand talent demand requirements including number, type, and development of resources required, to achieve the annual targets

• People: Recruitment, Onboarding, Development, Retention • Partners with Talent Acquisition to develop and execute recruiting strategy
