Requirement:

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements through various techniques (interviews, workshops, document analysis).
• Create detailed functional and non-functional requirements specifications, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Develop process flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and other visual aids to communicate complex information effectively.
• Facilitate requirements gathering and prioritization sessions with business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that solutions meet business objectives.
• Conduct gap analysis between current and desired business processes.
• Support the development and implementation of new systems and processes.
• Provide ongoing support to end-users by addressing issues and answering questions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of [number] years of experience as a Business Analyst in the healthcare or insurance industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both business and technical stakeholders.
