Role: IT Project Manager

Job type: 3 Months extendable

Work Location: Amman , Jordan

Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 6–8 years managing large-scale Banking technology merger integration, or transformation programs in the Banking sector in the Middle East, Jordan banking experience is preferred;
• Consulting background preferred, with strong stakeholder and workshop management, structured problem-solving, and report formalization skills;

• Knowledge of banking core business technologies (core banking systems, digital channels, enterprise applications, and control functions), as well as data migration strategies;

• Experience in IT ecosystem and architecture assessment, target-state definition, and delivery of technology master plans in regulated Financial Services environments;
• Ability to operate under tight timelines, manage competing priorities, and align multiple stakeholders.
