Job Description
Role: IT Project Manager
Job type: 3 Months extendable
Work Location: Amman , Jordan
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 6–8 years managing large-scale Banking technology merger integration, or transformation programs in the Banking sector in the Middle East, Jordan banking experience is preferred;
- Consulting background preferred, with strong stakeholder and workshop management, structured problem-solving, and report formalization skills;

Knowledge of banking core business technologies (core banking systems, digital channels, enterprise applications, and control functions), as well as data migration strategies;
- Experience in IT ecosystem and architecture assessment, target-state definition, and delivery of technology master plans in regulated Financial Services environments;
- Ability to operate under tight timelines, manage competing priorities, and align multiple stakeholders.
