Role: AI Solutions Sales Executive
Job Type: Contract – 12 months & Extendable
Work Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target SMEs and Enterprises.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and visits.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
- Client Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Present and demonstrate Horizon Pulse’s AI solutions (Agentic AIS, Automation AI, Advanced Analytics AI and Cybersecurity) to potential clients.
- Understand clients' business challenges and tailor AI solutions to meet their specific needs.
- Sales Process Management:
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
- Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with the technical and product development teams to ensure seamless implementation of AI solutions.
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the management team.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and industry events to stay updated on the latest AI trends and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or AI industry.
- Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in various industries.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 Years Experience selling AI solutions or other advanced technology products.
- Familiarity with the SME and Enterprise market in the UAE.
- Knowledge of industry-specific AI applications in sectors such as real estate, finance, healthcare, logistics, retail, e-commerce, government, hospitality, and education.
- Fluent in English. Arabic and Urdu would be a plus.
