Role Overview:
The IAM Sales Specialist plays a key role in growing the Identity and Access Management business by building client relationships, delivering sales targets, and promoting IAM solutions across diverse industries. This position demands in-depth knowledge of IAM products and an ability to customize solutions based on client needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage clients and prospects to present, position, and sell IAM solutions, with a focus on our core products like SailPoint, CyberArk, and Saviynt.
2. Provide insights and recommendations to clients on IAM strategies and best practices.
3. Collaborate closely with the presales and technical teams to prepare POCs and demonstrations.
4. Actively prospect for new business opportunities within assigned industries.
5. Prepare proposals and contracts aligned with client needs and organizational policies.
6. Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and competitors.
7. Organize and conduct training for partners and clients on IAM products.
8. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and manage renewals and upselling opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years in IAM or cybersecurity sales, with a focus on solution sales.
- Strong knowledge of IAM, access governance, and authentication solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Experience working with CRM systems, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
