Job Details:
Role: IT Change Manager
Job Type: 6 months & extendable contracts
Work Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred

Job Description
- Strong expertise in ITSM and IT Change Management
- Hands-on experience managing IT services, including incident and problem management
- Responsible for overseeing the change management process, including documentation, approvals, and conducting post-implementation reviews
- Proficient in using ServiceNow as the primary ITSM tool
- Knowledge of and experience with ISO 20000 certification standards
- Monitor and ensure adherence to SLAs for both internal and external vendors
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial capacity.
- The ideal candidate should be capable of challenging the IT department constructively to drive improvement and efficiency.
