Job Description
About the Role:
As an AI Intern specializing in Agentic AI & Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), you will join our Hyderabad, Telangana team to help build and deploy AI-driven agents and knowledge retrieval systems. You will work closely with senior engineers to design RAG pipelines, integrate large language model APIs, develop RESTful services, and support containerized deployments.
Responsibilities:
Assist in designing and implementing RAG pipelines for knowledge retrieval and synthesis
Develop and maintain RESTful APIs using FastAPI
Integrate and experiment with large language model APIs (OpenAI, Gemini) for various AI workflows
Build agentic AI workflows and automation scripts using LangChain
Collaborate with the team to architect and deploy AI services in Docker containers
Work with MongoDB to design and query knowledge stores for retrieval tasks
Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Contribute to technical documentation and share learnings with the team
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
0-2 years of hands-on experience in software development or AI/ML projects
Proficiency in Python programming
Experience with version control using Git
Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles
Familiarity with Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and agentic AI concepts
Familiarity with large language model APIs such as OpenAI and Gemini
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
Effective communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience developing APIs with FastAPI
Practical experience implementing RAG pipelines
Hands-on experience with LangChain for agentic AI workflows
Experience working with MongoDB or other NoSQL databases
Knowledge of Docker containerization and deployment
Prior exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
