Job Description
We are currently hiring for SAP Data Migration Lead to join one of our major clients based out of UAE.
Job Details:
Role: SAP Data Migration Lead
Employment Type: 18 months & extendable
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Notice Period: 30 days or less
Job description:
Workstream Leadership-
• Lead all phases of the SAP Data Workstream for EGA including planning, design, build, testing, cutover, and hypercare
• Jointly define and manage the data migration strategy with the implementation partner (e.g., Big Bang vs phased, nZDT)
• Develop and maintain detailed migration plans, including waves, cycles, mock loads, and cutover timelines
Migration Execution-
• Oversee ETL of master and transactional data from legacy systems
• Use and supervise appropriate tools (e.g., SAP Data Services, Migration Cockpit, LSMW, BODS)
Data Governance & Quality-
• Define data quality KPIs and drive identification, cleansing, and enrichment of legacy data
• Standardize and harmonize master data across geographies and business units
