About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Software Developer to join our growing engineering team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will work on full-stack web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deliver high-quality software solutions using Python and React.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Python and React
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and QA engineers to define and implement features
Write clean, modular, and reusable code following best practices
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance
Document code, processes, and technical specifications
Stay current with emerging technologies and propose improvements to our tech stack
Required Qualifications:
0–2 years of professional software development experience
Proficiency in Python and experience with web frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask)
Hands-on experience with React and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
Familiarity with version control systems (Git)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience building RESTful APIs
Understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs
Familiarity with containerization tools (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines
Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
Unit testing and test automation experience
