Job Description
We are currently hiring for Network Engineer to join one of our major clients based out of UAE.
Job Details:
Role: Network Engineer L2/ Lead Network
Employment Type: 12 months & extendable contract
Work Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi, UAE
Notice Period: 30 days or less
Job Responsibilities:
- Incident Management & Troubleshooting
- Handle escalated network issues from L1 teams and provide timely resolution.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points System Monitoring & Maintenance
- Network Maintenance and Monitoring:
- Monitor network performance using tools like SolarWinds, PRTG, or Nagios to identify and resolve potential issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including firmware updates, configuration changes, and patch management.
- Configuration and Deployment:
- Assist in the configuration and deployment of network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Implement VLANs, routing protocols, and access control policies as per design specifications.
