Outsystems Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Outsystems Developer to join our Dubai-based team. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable low-code applications using the Outsystems platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that drive business value. Responsibilities: Design and develop responsive web and mobile applications using the Outsystems platform Collaborate with business analysts, UX/UI designers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements Implement integrations with external systems via RESTful APIs, SOAP, and databases Perform code reviews, unit testing, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Maintain technical documentation for developed solutions and best practices Provide support and maintenance for existing Outsystems applications Assist in mentoring and guiding junior developers as needed Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proven experience or academic projects using the Outsystems low-code platform Strong understanding of web technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript Familiarity with relational databases and SQL Basic knowledge of web services (REST/SOAP) and API integration Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies Preferred Qualifications: 2+ years of professional experience developing with Outsystems Outsystems Developer and Outsystems Architecture certifications Experience with .NET, C#, and JavaScript frameworks Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies Knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control Previous experience working in a multicultural environment in the Middle East Strong understanding of UX/UI principles
