Role: IT Admin- SAP Enable Now
Employment Type: Contract- 6 months & extendable
Work Location: Dhahran, KSA

Job description:
- Implement SAP Enable Now across Fiori applications and SAP GUI modules.
- Design and customize content strategies, templates, and branding.
- Create and edit simulations, guided tours, and context-sensitive help.
- Enable and coach Master Authors and Administrators in content creation, localization, dubbing, and workflow management.
- Manage user roles, permissions, content structure, collaboration, and reporting via the Administrator Console.
- Set up and configure SAP Enable Now instances including user access and SSO integration.
- Support EPSS initiatives with high-quality in-application help and lifecycle management.
- Coordinate with training teams, manage linkages with platforms like SuccessFactors, and facilitate professional client demos.
- Provide documentation, reporting, and knowledge transfer to ensure successful handover to business owners.
