Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled Data Governance analyst to drive our organization's data governance, quality, and compliance initiatives. The ideal candidate will have 5- 9 years of experience in data governance or related areas, with a strong technical background and leadership skills to drive cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain data governance policies and standards.
• Develop and monitor data quality rules and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, quality, and security across the organization.
• Expertise in creating Power BI reports
• Conduct regular assessments of data quality and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Work with other team members/stakeholders to build a strong data governance culture.
• Support data integration and analysis initiatives.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• 5-9 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or related fields.
• Expert in Power BI reporting.
• Proven leadership and communication skills to engage and motivate cross-functional teams.
• Exposure to Informatica IDMC and Azure components (Azure Data Bricks, PySpark).
• Strong understanding of data governance frameworks and data management best practices.
• An expert in the Arabic language /Arabic speaker is a must

Preferred Qualifications and Skills:

• Exposure to CRM Salesforce and Oracle Fusion.
• Experience working in private sector organizations.
