**Job Title:** Software Developers **About the Role:** We are seeking enthusiastic early-career Software Developers to join our Hyderabad team. In this role, you will work on full-stack web applications, leveraging Python for backend services and React for front-end interfaces. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business needs. **Responsibilities:** - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features - Develop and maintain backend services using Python frameworks - Build responsive user interfaces with React.js - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback - Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues - Write and maintain unit and integration tests - Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 0-2 years of professional software development experience - Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem - Experience building web applications using React.js - Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services - Familiarity with version control systems such as Git - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Effective verbal and written communication skills - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with Python frameworks like Django or Flask - Familiarity with modern front-end build tools (Webpack, npm) - Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker) - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (e.g., PyTest, Jest)
