Role: Software Delivery Manager

Employment: Full time for one of our clients

Work Location: Cairo, Egypt, Hybrid model

Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 15-30 days of notice

Required Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in software delivery or project/program management, with atleast 3 years in a managerial role.
• Manage end-to-end delivery of healthcare software projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scope are met.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale healthcare IT or regulated software solutions.
• Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and project management tools (Jira, MS Project).
• Knowledge of compliance standards (ISO 13485, HL7 FHIR, DICOM) and their impact on software delivery.
• Identify risks and issues in delivery pipelines and coordinate mitigation strategies to maintain continuity of healthcare-critical systems.
• Ensure delivery processes adhere to healthcare compliance standards (HIPAA equivalent, GDPR, regional data protection laws).
• Foster strong collaboration across cross-functional teams, including development, QA, DevOps, and UX.
• Implement and maintain reporting frameworks to track KPIs (velocity, defect leakage, release readiness).
• Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, encouraging automation, CI/CD adoption, and agile maturity.
• Ability to lead diverse, multicultural teams in fast-paced healthcare environments.
• Experience working with cloud-based healthcare systems and integrations.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe Agilist are highly preferred
