Job Title: Enterprise Architect

Location: Dubai, UAE

Position Overview:

We are seeking a visionary IT Enterprise Architect to lead the digital transformation journey of our organization. This role demands an experienced technology leader who can architect scalable enterprise solutions while driving the CRM implementation, AI and Business Intelligence (BI) strategies, and spearheading a paperless office initiative to modernize our operational workflows.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in enterprise architecture roles, preferably in a similar industry.
• Experience in defining architecture for large-scale transformation projects.
• Strong exposure to AI/ML, Power BI/Tableau, and process digitization tools (e.g., DocuSign, SharePoint, Power Automate).
• Proven experience in CRM implementation and governance (Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Freshworks preferred).
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF, Zachman) is mandatory, relevant certifications would be a plus.
• Proven experience with cloud computing, integration strategies, and enterprise application development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
