Outsystems Developer

**Job Title:** Outsystems Developer **About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled Outsystems Developer to join our dynamic team in Riyadh. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain high-performance applications on the Outsystems platform, crafting custom widgets and implementing complex business logic to deliver robust digital solutions. **Responsibilities:** - Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using the Outsystems platform - Create and optimize custom widgets and modules to meet business requirements - Translate complex business processes into efficient technical solutions - Collaborate with business analysts, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to gather and refine requirements - Integrate Outsystems applications with third-party systems, APIs, and databases - Conduct code reviews, unit testing, and performance tuning to ensure application quality - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner - Document system designs, technical specifications, and development best practices - Stay up to date with Outsystems platform enhancements and industry best practices **Required Qualifications:** - 3+ years of professional experience developing applications on the Outsystems platform (technical) - Proven expertise in building and maintaining custom widgets and components (technical) - Strong ability to design and implement complex business logic and workflows (technical) - Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and relational database concepts (technical) - Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, version control, and application deployment (technical) - Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail (non-technical) - Effective communication and collaboration skills for working across cross-functional teams (non-technical) **Preferred Qualifications:** - Outsystems Accredited Professional or similar certification (technical) - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments (non-technical) - Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) (technical) - Prior experience in the GCC region or Riyadh market (non-technical) - Knowledge of performance monitoring and application security best practices (technical)
