**Job Title:** Software Developers **About the Role:** We are seeking passionate Software Developers to join our Hyderabad team, working on full-stack projects that leverage Python and React. Ideal candidates will have 0-2 years of professional experience and a strong desire to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. **Responsibilities:** - Develop and maintain backend services and APIs using Python - Build responsive user interfaces and components with React - Participate in design discussions and code reviews to ensure high code quality - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, UX/UI, and product management - Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field - 0-2 years of software development experience - Proficiency in Python and its ecosystem - Hands-on experience with React and related libraries - Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals - Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Effective verbal and written communication skills **Preferred Qualifications:** - Experience with Python frameworks such as Django or Flask - Knowledge of RESTful API design and implementation - Familiarity with relational databases like MySQL or PostgreSQL - Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices - Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP - Experience with unit testing and test-driven development - Ability to thrive in an agile development environment
