Quantity Surveyors

**Job Title:** Quantity Surveyors **About the Role:** We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor with 5–8 years of experience to join our team in Riyadh. You will manage cost estimation, contract administration, and commercial control throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with project managers, contractors, and clients to ensure budgets are met, values are maximized, and risks are mitigated. **Responsibilities:** - Prepare detailed cost estimates and quantity take-offs for construction projects - Conduct cost analysis and benchmarking to support tender submissions - Administer contracts, manage subcontractor agreements, and handle variation orders - Assess and value contractor payment applications and monitor project cash flows - Produce regular commercial reports, forecasts, and cost-control dashboards for stakeholders - Collaborate with procurement teams to evaluate bids and negotiate favorable terms - Identify cost-saving opportunities through value engineering and risk analysis - Ensure compliance with local regulations, FIDIC and Saudi contract forms **Required Qualifications:** - Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or related discipline - 5–8 years of quantity surveying experience in the construction industry, preferably in Saudi Arabia - Proficiency with cost estimation software (e.g., CostX, Conquest) and advanced MS Excel skills - Strong knowledge of FIDIC and Saudi local contract forms - Excellent analytical, numerical, and attention-to-detail skills - Effective communication and negotiation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines **Preferred Qualifications:** - Membership in RICS or Saudi Council of Engineers - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle - PMP or PRINCE2 certification - Experience on high-rise, commercial, or infrastructure projects in Riyadh - Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations - Advanced Arabic language skills
