Job Details:
Role: IT Support Helpdesk
Job Type: Permanent
Work Location: Dubai, UAE
Start Date: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days’ notice preferred
Salary & Benefits: (Negotiable based on the expertise)
Responsibilities:
• Respond to technical inquiries via email, through online chats, over the phone, or in person
• Provide hardware and software support
• Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues
• Ensure proper recording, documentation and closure
• Identify recurring technical issues and collaborate with engineering teams to implement solutions and improvements.
Required Skills and Experience:
• At least one year work experience in this field
• Technical knowledge at the level of Network + course
• Technical hardware and software knowledge at the level of A+ course
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and effective communication skills
• Fluent English communication skill
