Role- Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant
Work Location- Abu Dhabi, UAE
Employment type- Contract- 12 months & extendable
Job Description:
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to understand backlog priorities, user stories, and product roadmap
- Translate business and product requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions
- Implement and optimize Copilot (AI-powered features) to improve productivity and customer experience
- Leverage Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) to extend functionality
Required Skills & Experience:
- Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate (mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service / Customer Engagement (CE)
- Proven hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Copilot / AI capabilities
- Strong understanding of case management, SLAs, queues, and knowledge management
- Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
