OutSystems Developer

About the Role: We are seeking a motivated OutSystems Developer based in Riyadh to design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade web and mobile applications using the OutSystems low-code platform. This role offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital solutions in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs Develop and customize OutSystems applications, modules, and components following best practices Perform code reviews, debugging, and unit testing to ensure high quality deliverables Optimize application performance and scalability through effective architecture and coding standards Integrate OutSystems solutions with external systems and third-party APIs using REST, SOAP, and other protocols Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, deployment guides, and user manuals Provide support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for production applications Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Required Qualifications: 0–8 years of hands-on experience developing applications on the OutSystems platform Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and SQL Solid understanding of relational database design and application integration patterns Experience consuming and exposing RESTful and SOAP web services Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Preferred Qualifications: OutSystems Platform Developer or Architect certification Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines Understanding of UI/UX design principles Knowledge of mobile application development using OutSystems Proficiency in Arabic
